International Female Program

Creating equal opportunities and gender equality is a top priority for SynTrac. The International Female Program offers employment opportunities at various qualification levels that are designed to recruit excellent female researchers.

Master‘s projects

The Master’s Projects programme is aimed at international female students who are about to start their Master’s thesis. Participants are given the opportunity to write their thesis as part of a student project in collaboration with the SynTrac project. In addition to gaining interesting insights into research practice, they specialise in a possible future field of work during their studies

Research Internship

The Research Internships programme line is an initiative that aims to increase the number of female researchers at the research centre and within the German scientific community. It is open to female academics from abroad who are at the beginning of their career and are interested in familiarising themselves with the SynTrac research environment at one of the participating institutions after completing their Master’s degree.
